What do you listen for when reviewing podcast content?
When reviewing podcast content, I listen for clarity, flow, and whether the episode keeps the audience engaged from start to finish. I pay attention to how well the speakers connect with listeners—through storytelling, tone, and pacing—while also noting if the content feels relevant and easy to follow. I also look for creative elements, like music or transitions, that make the episode stand out without distracting from the message.

How do you approach providing constructive feedback?
I approach constructive feedback by being positive, specific, and solution-oriented. I like to highlight what’s working well first, then share suggestions for improvement in a respectful way that feels supportive rather than critical. My goal is always to encourage growth and collaboration, not discourage someone’s effort.

How do you usually participate in online groups or communities (like campus forums, food pages, or social media groups)?
I usually participate in online groups by sharing recommendations, asking questions, and engaging with posts that resonate with me—whether it’s a campus forum, a food page, or a wellness community. I like adding value by posting about things I genuinely enjoy, like Pilates studios, travel tips, or new fashion finds, while also supporting others by commenting and starting conversations. For me, it’s about building connections and creating a positive, interactive space.
