What role does journaling play in your life?
Writing down my thoughts seems to be the only way to allow by brain to surrender from my anxiety. It unloads my restless thoughts in a place the they can permanently rest. The process is like pouring concrete - it creates a foundation for my brain to walk away from knowing that I am refreshed and steady until my next journaling session.
