How would you approach researching and reaching out to potential partners for a wellness brand like OWL Venice?
I already work in this sector on social media with a farm to table business. When researching people to reach out to, I will look through health influencers and who they follow. Finding prominent figures who's values align and further looking into their community leads me to people who seem to align with the right health-centered, grounded content.

What experience do you have with social media marketing and content creation?
I've been working as a freelancer with my own creative agency business for the last 2 years. I've worked with your company before as we collaborated on a giveaway with Lighthearted Kitchen -- a company's socials I run.
I've been part of product launches, influencer collaborations, created successful UGC content, and more.

Can you provide an example of a successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals?
I worked for Reach Agency (an ad agency based out of LA). We worked with Life Cuisine to create a creative campaign that would be launched nationally. I worked on their creative direction team to execute the overall theme, generate content ideas and create a launch timeline. We then collaborated with the influencer team to find creators that aligned with our campaign. In turn, aligned with the financial and marketing team to flush out launch details and ensure the product and content would sell.
