What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
My favorite streaming platform is Netflix because their library of original content is massive. While the quality of that content isn't necessarily consistent, the sheer amount of content means that there's something for everyone, and the standouts are often exceptional.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness for me means taking care of my mental and physical health on a consistent basis. For my physical health, I try to go to the gym for at least an hour 5 days a week, eat healthy, and remain active throughout the day. In terms of my mental health, I try to socialize with friends regularly, dedicate time to hobbies that make me happy, and get outside as much as I can.
