What is one strategy Home From College can use to grow to even more student users in Q1 2023?
I think advertising is always huge—especially through social media. I hadn’t heard of your website until I specifically went looking for a job, and even then it took a while for me to find it. I think by pushing relevant, engaging ads to students you can expand your reach and draw in a new userbase who probably is interested, just entirely unaware of the site right now.

Please share one feature that would help a resume builder gain traction in the market.
Perhaps autofilling from a PDF or a LinkedIn profile would be helpful, because I know from personal experience that re-entering the same experience info over and over can be a drag. I think ease of use is huge in creating an accessible resume builder.

What is your favorite marketing campaign you've seen?
I really appreciate Bumble's approach to marketing on college campuses. I would see their stickers and benches around campus, and they would always have witty and engaging taglines to accompany them. It felt fresh, hip, and relatable.
