Describe your customer service experience.

I have several years of customer service experience through roles in childcare, catering, and campus leadership. Whether I’m helping parents feel confident leaving their child in my care, or coordinating with clients to deliver seamless catering experiences, I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and prioritize people’s needs. I’m approachable, quick on my feet, and always aim to create a positive, memorable interaction; skills I know are essential at busy events like GovBall
