Tell us about a time you helped something run more smoothly, or solved a problem on your own.
During my internship at a tech company a process I helped run more smoothly was the onboarding of new interns. At the end of my time, I created a product enablement kit for new interns in order to quickly familiarize themselves with the company's products. This included resources to learn about the product, who the product's target audience is, along with a demo script so interns could practice giving presentations on the product to clients. This enablement kit helped interns get adjusted to the company's product and its goals quicker.

What excites you about this role and working with JOVA?
The most exciting thing about JOVA to me is that it's in the food space. As a huge foodie, the retail food industry is something I've always been interested in and JOVA offers an exciting opportunity to learn more about it.
