Saint James Iced Tea
College Brand Ambassador - Fall 2025

What would you do to ensure Saint James Tea becomes a recognizable and loved brand on your campus?
There are a lot of drinks making their way around the CU Boulder campus. Snowboarding is directly sponsored by redbull as well as a past relationship with Machu Pichu energy drink, many clubs receive red bull through campus ambassadors, plenty of sororities have experimented with drinks such as Yerba Mate and Yerbaé, and the frats have relationships with certain local alcoholic drinks. The difference Saint James brings is it is new to campus. No organization has a relationship with it yet, which makes it special. For a sorority this is especially important. In the greek community it is almost as if it is vital to have what others don’t and a new drink is a perfect fit. Additionally, this product is a perfect fit for CU. We have a large population of students that I believe would really enjoy this drink and share with plenty of friends. The drink scene here is oddly large. First order of business I’d get a sorority in on this, thing is depends on what house would bring the most attention and accept terms of promotion.

How would you encourage people to purchase Saint James from both Amazon and local stores while utilizing your social media platform?
I am not one to post products on my page willy nilly. I have worked with Joyba Bubble tea in a similar position in the past in which I was doing a lot of tabling and sales promotion which went well, however this is a much more approachable product for new consumers. My plan on social media would start with advertising upcoming events and tabling, as well as reaching out to organizations outside of my own. Additionally I would love to find a way to naturally include Saint James in a static post, but I think a direct advertisement would come off a little too unauthentic for my page.

How would you creatively introduce Saint James to your campus community? -- What organizations or clubs are you apart of?
The upcoming school year I will remain an active member of Tri Delta sorority, maintain my third year as the social media captain for the women’s club lacrosse team, maintain my second year on the executive board of Up and Up CU (a club revolving around competition for national concert headliners to bring to your campus through social media marketing, events, promotion, and pre-sale for tickets), and take on a new role on the board of directors for the CU Snowboarding Team as the events coordinator. I have so many ideas and contacts within my own organizations, but also the perfect variety of people and ages within them to span wide on the CU campus. Between our growing football attention and incoming student population this is the perfect year for me to bring Saint James to the CU campus. The campus has plenty of busy spots all throughout the year for little taste tests, but I also have multiple connections to the bars from our events with Up and Up. I think my ideal plan would be to find a sorority to promote for rush week, some clubs in need of a sustainable and enjoyable drinks with a reasonable standing on campus, and then try to host open community events whether on campus tabling or at a local bar/restaurant willing to let in the product. Long story short, I have lots of ideas.
