Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
The best possible way would be to go down a traditional checklist for myself but have this document shared to hold myself accountable. Everyday I would have myself complete this routine and in order to effectively communicate with influencers and teams we would of course hope to set up routine meetings online. For small communications we would hope to be in a group chat using a messaging system in order to maintain a personable approach to our clients.

Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.
I would tackle the top three creators in the humor/relatability genre of video content creation. This would be on either TikTok, Reels or YT. These people are the ones that look like they do low maintenance to film their videos but their audience knows their every joke, daily routines and look forward to their next hectic day in the life story time.
