I’m connected to a few student groups on campus through my courses and past volunteer roles. I’ve been involved with psychology and data-related clubs, residence associations, and student events at UBC. I also stay in touch with different student communities through volunteering, content creation, and campus activities, so I can easily reach groups for sampling or events.

Once, I gave feedback to a small brand about their website being confusing to navigate. I explained what wasn’t clear and what made me click away. A few weeks later, they actually changed the layout and added clearer labels. It made me feel like my input mattered, and it showed me that honest feedback can really help improve a product.
