You’ll be reading the Healthy Happy ADHD book, and creating relatable content around how it’s helping you reset your health, your habits, your energy, and how you feel about yourself. ARE YOU CONFIDENT ON CAMERA?

Yes! I’m very comfortable on camera and enjoy creating authentic, conversational content. I’ve had experience filming myself for social media campaigns and know how to make videos feel personable and relatable. I see the camera as a way to connect whether that’s sharing real progress, struggles, or wins and I’m excited to bring that same energy to this project.

Can you describe a past experience where you successfully engaged with an audience through TIKTOK?

Yes! I ran a TikTok series for my high school dance team where I mixed behind-the-scenes clips, trendy audios, and quick storytelling captions. The videos highlighted real moments like the fun, the fails, and the wins they ended up getting shared a ton by students and alumni. It boosted our followers, engagement, and school spirit because people connected with the authentic, relatable vibe.

How do you plan to infuse authenticity and relatability into your TikTok content while showcasing your journey with the Healthy Happy ADHD book?

I’d focus on being real and unfiltered about my experience with the book; sharing the little “aha” moments, the relatable struggles, and how I’m applying what I learn in everyday life. I’d mix storytelling with short, engaging clips like day in the life snippets, honest thoughts, and small wins so people see themselves in my journey. My goal would be to create content that feels like advice from a friend rather than a scripted review, making it approachable, authentic, and easy to connect with.
