Can you share a time when your communication skills have helped you successfully engage with a community?

During my time as an Account Receivable Assistant at Brayn Consulting, I had to communicate daily with different departments and clients to make sure payments and processes stayed on track. I learned how to explain things clearly, listen carefully to concerns, and adjust my approach depending on who I was speaking with. This helped me build trust and keep everything running smoothly. Outside of work, I also enjoy engaging with communities through university projects and volunteer activities like creating interactive presentations for children about healthy habits. In both settings, my ability to communicate in a clear, positive, and relatable way helped me connect with people and keep them engaged.

How would you approach promoting language learning opportunities to a diverse audience?

I would promote language learning by creating content that feels relatable and inspiring to different kinds of people. For example, I’d highlight how learning a new language is not just about grammar, but about connecting with cultures, making new friends, and opening doors to personal and professional opportunities. To reach a diverse audience, I’d use simple and engaging videos that show real-life situations, mix fun challenges with useful tips, and include examples from different cultures so everyone feels represented. My goal would be to make language learning feel less intimidating and more like an exciting journey that anyone can start, no matter their background or level.
