At a software and hardware internship with an Israeli startup called Sunergy, I was brought on as Lead Software Engineer and Team Manager. The challenge we were tackling was solar panel overheating, a genuine engineering problem with real consequences. My task was to lead a cross-functional team through the full development cycle, from ideation all the way to a working prototype. I coordinated the collaboration between the software and hardware sides of the project, kept the team aligned on our goals, and managed both the technical and managerial responsibilities simultaneously. By the end of the internship, we had a fully functional Arduino-based cooling device, a complete product, deployed and integrated end-to-end. What I took away from it wasn't just the technical win, it was learning how to hold a team together under pressure, how to communicate across disciplines, and how to see something through from a blank page to a finished product.

I have never done account management for anyone, but I am able to connect with people and am able to keep a strong bond with many people.
