You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
If I don't like the product I'll contact the manager to inform them the product is not likeable. I would proceed to do a good review nevertheless because every company needs constructive criticism in order for a product to be successful. The company has potential and I will give a good review trusting in the potential it has.

Reviews are a key factor because due to constructive criticism, companies or creators know what the public likes therefore will sell best. Without having feedback of your product, you will never know how to better your business, provide good quality and a remarkable experience as well.
