Working in a clean beauty store, I’ve assisted customers in finding the right products for them. My recommendations for customers depend on my personal experience with a certain brand or product line and my passion and knowledge helps them to better understand why that product might work for them. When a customer and I can share a genuine passion and excitement for a product, it creates a ripple effect. That customer then passes along those recommendations onto their friends or family, and the power of word of mouth is demonstrated.
