During my experience with content strategy for platforms like 'Serve South Florida,' I focused on storytelling and community engagement to grow its Instagram following effectively. One key strategy was leveraging user-generated content (UGC). By encouraging local nonprofits to share their stories and tagging our account, we showcased authentic, impactful content while broadening reach through their networks.

We also created interactive posts, such as polls and Q&A sessions, to drive engagement and inform followers on how they could get involved. Using consistent branding, visually cohesive graphics, and localized hashtags, we increased discoverability. A strategic mix of reel-based storytelling and spotlighting community heroes helped foster a sense of purpose and connection, driving both growth and engagement.
