Tell me about a time you were a positive touch-point with a customer in a retail experience.
Every day, I interact with customers via social media to aid them with any issues or answer any questions they may have. Although most interactions are positive, I occasionally receive negative comments, DMs, etc. On one particular occasion, I created a brand Tik Tok which received a lot of attention, 4 million views, 1.5 million likes, 20k+ comments, etc. Working for a franchise, a main CEO oversees all franchises. Unfortunately, my Tik Tok reached the CEO and he was very upset and insisted it be taken down immediately. Being younger, I feel our generation is more in touch with modern-day marketing and what will reach different audiences. I took time to sit down with the CEO and explain how this Tik Tok will impact overall sales for the company and we agreed to allow it to stay online.
