What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
keeping up with the statistics of social media (trends, what gets more views and engagement), being on track with the brand image they want to portray and have clarity about it, always have new ideas about how to promote their brand/account in a way which would be relatable to the viewers but at the same time seem a bit unattainable which would then make them want to engage with that brand / account more.
