Can you share an experience where your data management skills positively impacted business operations?
While I have not used my data management skills at a company yet, I have used them in group projects and research opportunities. I have been able to optimize operations, help others better understand how certain actions affect the outcome and goal. In general improved the pace and outcome of projects.

tell us about your previous customer service and/or executive assistant experiences
While I have very minor customer service experience, I could say that all the experience I have comes from the tutoring I do. I make sure the kids are satisfied with their learning, that parents are up to date, and that I frequently report updates on the kids to my boss so they are aware of their progress. I enjoy making sure the parents are happy with their kids' progress while making sure the kids are learning well too. I do not have any assistant experiences other than working on group projects and helping whenever and wherever I can.

I would create a spreadsheet either through excel or google sheets and create the required columns and fill in the information.
