Can you share an example of a successful event you organized in the past and how it impacted someone else?
I led the inter-school segment of 'Cosmic: The Very First Science Fest', a career-focused science event. One student approached me afterwards and said they had never considered a career in neuroscience before, but the workshops and interactions with professionals inspired them to explore it further. Seeing someone’s perspective and confidence shift because of an event I organized was incredibly rewarding.

What is an example of when you went out of your way to provide an act of kindness from someone who is not an immediate friend or family member?
During my time with the Rotary Interact Club, I helped organise 'UPHAAR: The Art of Giving', a charity event for local NGOs. I noticed one volunteer struggling to manage their tasks, so I spent extra time guiding them through setup, explaining how the event worked, and helping them feel included, even though we hadn’t met before. By the end of the day, they were fully confident and engaged, and the event ran smoothly, raising funds for multiple causes.
