One example that stands out is a project I worked on for a collaboration with MYCL at Sampoerna University. I helped design and build a Pacman-style educational game that teaches people about sustainable materials. We only had about a month to finish everything, so I had to plan things out really carefully. I made a timeline, split up tasks with my team, and kept us on track to meet all our deadlines. I also led a couple of feedback sessions to see how users responded to the game and made improvements based on that.It was a fun but intense project, and it taught me a lot about balancing creativity with staying organized and getting things done on time.
