Explain why you think you are right for recruiting and leading a group of 30+ students at your college
I would be the right fit for leading a group of 30+ students because I know how to keep people engaged, especially in something they are passionate about. I also like to listen to groups concerns instead of just going with my own thoughts which is the #1 things with my form of leadership. I also am involved with a few clubs, such as the Vietnamese Student Association and Community Service Board, which are both about a sense of community on campus.
