Do you have any experience with tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or analytics platforms (e.g., PostHog, Mixpanel)?

I have some experience using Power BI and Excel in college for different projects, in the most recent one we we had to create our own IT Business model and present KPIs that we would use in it. I also use Excel for personal analytics like my expenses and as a tracker for my grades and courses. And I had used Meta Insights in the past to track data from a social media account i manage.

Currently i'm getting into the basics of SQL as it's an important skill to have in this field.

What are 2 consumer apps you love and why do you think they’ve gone viral or built strong user habits?

One of the apps i love the most is Duolingo, they have an amazing marketing strategy. The daily streaks, rewards and competition are all normal features in this types of apps but Duolingo does it better. They combine the daily streaks with funny viral posts about how if you lose your streak the mascot of the app is going to haunt you and sends you passive aggressive notifications when you are close to losing your streak. These notification have become memes and are posted by the users of the app, so there's a natural, community driven marketing.

Another app i use everyday since i download it is SoundMap. It's a game similar to Pokemon Go but instead of collecting pokemons you collect songs from your favorite artists while you walk. There's different versions of songs: the regular version that are easy obtainable, the shinies and the most difficult one is epics. The epics are incredible rare so trying to obtain one of your favorite artists is almost impossible if you don't play everyday or interact with the community. Depending of the amount of songs and the type of them that you have you can get "badges" of the artists you collect. There's also new content every week, collaboration with artists to win real life prizes and special editions for when new songs are released, so if your favorite artists is dropping an album you would want to be playing to get these special editions you can only get on the first week.
