Tell me about a time you experimented with content creation or marketing—what worked, what didn’t, and what did you learn?

So, I've had my own website. I've realised the give and take function works pretty well. If you give a certain goal to the audience and the product in specific isn't that popular, then you build up hype by giving special treatment to it. You start by adding tiny goals or giving small rewards for increasing publicity. As for content creation, the major impact depends on the trend. Follow the trends and you're good to do. The problem I faced though on Instagram was that the algorithm was quite botched. YouTube was easier to manage since you only need daily uploads at a certain time and it'll give you a good reach. Only time instagram have a good reach was when I paid for it. Which isn't bad but not exactly sustainable so I'd use AI to help me with the algorithm in case of social media.

Can you walk me through your process for editing a video and audio podcast episode from raw footage to final upload?

I'll first organize everything by importing the raw video, audio, music, and any graphics, then sync the audio and video if needed. I'll go through and cut out mistakes, dead space, or unnecessary parts, arranging the segments in the right order. If it’s a video podcast, I'll switch between different camera angles to keep it engaging. Then, I'll clean up the audio, remove background noise, adjust EQ for clarity, compress to even out volume. I'll tweak the colors, add text or graphics, and throw in some transitions. Then a final check to catch any mistakes, make sure everything is balance. After which I'll export the final version, MP4 for video, MP3 or WAV for audio at the best quality. I'll upload it to the platform and maybe create some short clips for promotion.

What strategies would you use to help grow a podcast’s audience, especially on social media?

I would bring forth three things: 1) a video ad with a live podcast along with engaging pictures and a compelling storyline

2) Adding a reward feature such as 2% to 3% cashback on finishing a certain podcast

3) Rewards for inviting a new person over to the app for that certain podcast or be given a chance to do their own podcast
