Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
Due to a logistical issue, our package got lost in the mail and it's 5 hours until a customer's birthday. We also ran out of stock for the original item.
Solution: I called the customer, sent her the look book to choose a complimentary dress. Delivered it within 2 hours, customer is very happy. I had to coordinate between the warehouse/the delivery/the customer under time pressure but it all worked out.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
With experience handling 30+ customer requests per day, I prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. I have a personal system of managing tasks which allows me to stay focus and efficient throughout the day without missing anything.
