I believe the key to engaging customers is creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in. I’d greet them genuinely, read their body language to understand if they want assistance or space, and tailor my approach based on their needs.Rather than going straight into a sales pitch, I’d start a natural conversation—asking open-ended questions like “What brings you in today?” or “Are you shopping for something special?” I’d stay attentive, listen actively, and offer helpful suggestions based on their preferences. My goal is always to make customers feel seen, respected, and supported—so they leave with more than a product: they leave with a positive experience they want to come back to.
