I judge by ratings online and basic product descriptions before purchasing. I typically first test on my arm to ensure no irritation. After 2 days I use the products as directed. I like to give the products 1-3 weeks to notice changes and progress.

I was a sales associate at Madewell and had the opportunity to offer input into how the sales floor should be set up. From my collaboration we were able to increase sales on items like denim and current sales promotions.
