3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
My experience with natural hair care products was okay at first since it can be difficult to find what best suits your hair. Once you learn what products your hair loves and what each product does for you, You'll look forward to wash days! Curly trends have always been my favorite thing since they can help you learn different techniques and skills that help your over all natural journey.

2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
I would tell them they need to look at their curl type, and hair porosity. I would ask them what type of results they want with their hair, for example I would ask them; Do you want more volume or length ?, Do you lose a lot of hair during your wash days?, How do you style your hair and with what products? I would try my best to get them the results they want and how they can achieve them.

I helped a company launch their business by giving them suggestions, captions for post and giving them a vision for their social media presence.
