How would you approach a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
Understand where there is a problem with the product personally with the customer and provide a solution to that problem that is stopping them from purchasing the product. Being personable and relatable will go a long way in providing knowledge and education to a product and create a safe space for the customer to feel the need to go through with the purchase
