I served as social media chair for an organization at my university, creating content myself and organizing a set content schedule. I brainstormed many original and interactive content ideas to engage the audience. I have also taken classes on social media management and media communications as part of my coursework and plan to take more. I would define success in the role as creating content that appeals to a multitude of people, content that makes people stop to engage. When your content makes it worth it to the viewers to stop and take a moment of their time and dedicate it to receiving your message, thats success.
