I lead a team of 30 dancers and have been able to maintain strong relationships every season. I do this by encouraging them to be the best version of themselves, reminding them to push themselves past what they believe to be their limit, and by creating an enviornment where they can thrive while being seen and heard.

I have had experience with managing numerous Marketing Campaigns for different companies as well as managing the dance team at UNC Charlotte as captain. I also have experience in sales through working with vendors in my internship with Utsaav Event Planning.
