I would host this event at my sorority. Hosting an event for a large group of hungry girls means I need to make the most of my money by scoring deals and finding the most convenient and efficient way to get several hundred wings to the girls while they're still hungry and while the wings are still hot! Uber Eats has some incredible deals that would help me save money while getting the right amount of food, as well has help me save time by having it delivered as opposed to me going with a group of friends to pick it up (since we don't have cars!).

I'd host kind of like a chicken-wing party with chicken wings of several different flavours, sodas, and candy since the idea is to have finger food that is fun and quick to eat. I'd host it the week before spring break begins so around March 17!
