DIML video as a med student who is currently on rotations and has 12-hour days. I would talk about the struggles of 4th year med school and how I miss eating healthy and tasty food. Recently, I was introduced to Painterland Sisters Skyr Yogurt. This yogurt has helped me in a significant manner because I am able to get my protein in an easy manner without drinking protein shakes for the sake of it. This yogurt is so delicious that I have used it as my morning go-to breakfast while precharting at the hospital, but also as a dessert when I am craving something sweet before going to bed. I would also highlight how it is a female-owned company run by two sisters with their father, and how all ingredients are fresh from the farm!
