Can you give an example of a successful organic social media campaign you've led?

I created a "Business Major vs. Premed" video focused on 19 hours of the routines of my premed friend and me. It got my then-highest viewcount of 39.1k with some engagement in comments and so I recreated that concept with "LOCKED IN" (aka midterm season) which got 249.8k views organically and around 90 comments. What I took away was that the contrast between the workload of the two majors was interesting or fun to see, specifically to other college students.

How do you approach developing an engaging social media content calendar?

It depends on what the value given to the audience is! If it's entertainment, then content geared towards providing that is priority. If it's knowledge, then it's focusing on giving actual valuable knowledge. Personally, execution/presentation is also important!
