What administration experience do you have thats relevant to this position?

I have relevant administration experience through my role as an IT Support Analyst at USF ITS, where I managed 100+ support tickets, created internal SOPs, and streamlined workflows across students, faculty, and engineering teams. This required strong organizational skills, clear documentation, and day-to-day coordination to keep operations running smoothly. Additionally, as the sole technical member on the Foghorn’s executive board, I handled project tracking, cross-functional communication, and timeline management between editorial and design teams. These experiences strengthened my ability to manage logistics, support daily operations, and maintain structure in fast-moving environments—skills that translate directly to the administrative needs of this position.
