I find surveys and interviews to be the most effective for manual data collection. Surveys produce comparable, structured data while interviews allow clarification and details that surveys sometimes miss.

How would you identify and approach tattoo artists and influencers for outreach?
I would use an in-person approach by going to local tattoo shops to make conversation and connection. I would also look for agencies that represent influencers and get in touch with them via email or call.
