3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
My natural hair journey took a lot of patience and effort, much like many curly hair trends today. I had heat-damaged hair for years and later discovered the importance of monthly trims. I began using the As I Am Jamaican Black Castor oIl masque, and the treatment blew life back into my curls. I recently got a curly cut and dyed my hair ginger for this new era, and maintaining colored hair requires a lot of moisture, so using the LOC method with the Long and luxe one has been doing wonders.
2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
Selling out products with links on the label to websites that have information about how to treat various hair care questions. There could be a Q and A section on the digital platform where customers can ask their questions and receive feedback live.

For our skincare product line, I shared some tips on how the product can be used for various skin types and gave personalized tips to the consumers.
