While volunteering with AIESEC, I managed a cultural exchange project where I coordinated logistics for a team of international students coming to Italy. I handled scheduling, communication with local partners, and made sure everyone had what they needed to complete their activities smoothly. It taught me how to stay organized, adapt quickly, and keep a team aligned toward a shared goal, even under pressure.

Yes, I have, though not many so far. I’ve done a couple of smaller GIGs like writing product captions and helping brainstorm TikTok hooks for a student clothing brand. They were simple, but they gave me a good feel for the platform and how to deliver what the brief asked for.

I’ve created short-form content for TikTok as part of managing the Mensa university account at my university. While that was my first hands-on experience, it gave me a strong foundation in identifying trends, crafting engaging short videos, and understanding what resonates with a student audience. I'm now excited to apply those skills to a brand context and continue growing in this space.
