Zoom Support: IRL Event
Please share some context an experience you've had that is relevant to operating zoom rooms, being organized during events, and IRL situations.
I was the VP of external affairs in a 100+ member student organization at UCSD, where I led teams and organized virtual and in-person events for speakers, corporate info sessions, alumni chats. I am familiar with managing slideshows, videos, audio, creating breakout rooms and moderating the chat for Q&A, keeping track with time, as well as creating event itineraries for internal and external purposes.
