How do you approach identifying the right influencers for a campaign?
I start by clearly understanding the brand’s goals and target audience. I look for influencers whose content aligns with wellness, fitness, or nutrition, and who demonstrate authenticity in their engagement with their followers, and then use a spreadsheet to track potential influencers' specifics, like engagement metrics and past partnerships.
