Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
At my current role at a mochi donut and boba restaurant, I often assist customers who are unfamiliar with boba and our restaurant's unique offerings. I make it a priority to be approachable and well-informed, answering questions and recommending drinks and food options based on each customer’s preferences. For example, a family recently asked if one flavor of our donuts was kosher. Given my personal experience with a kosher diet, I was able to assure them confidently that our donuts meet kosher standards. They were very pleased, and the interaction helped build trust and satisfaction in their dining experience.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I would start by introducing myself, my role with the company, and expressing my enthusiasm to connect. I’d mention that, as someone who actively uses our product, they may benefit from learning about additional features or services they might not be aware of. I’d ask if they currently have a subscription plan and discuss any upgrade options that could add value based on their needs. I’d also invite them to share feedback on their current experience, emphasizing that their insights help us refine our products to better serve their goals and build a meaningful, ongoing relationship.
