Do you have experience using Reddit in a personal and/or professional setting? If yes, add details.
Yes, personal use. I have looked into questions and threads relating to topics for early careers. looking at questions and feedbacks from other users and contributing my thoughts where I felt I had answers.

How would you grow the H\FC community from scratch?
I would write content centred around different topics as it relates to the essence of home from college, implementing prompting questions/ conversation starters to engage creators. I would build the community by engaging in other threads, and groups to locate target audience and get involved to increase the awareness.
I would spend time curating quality articles to do on behalf od the brand with a tone that is professional but fun and relatable starting their career & finding a job as young adult. Interesting questions I would ask to foster connection include:
e.g. If your personality was a brand, which brand would it be?
What advice would you have loved to have received dealing with unemployment/ post- grad life?
