How would you engage with customers at a busy event booth?
I would engage with customers at a busy booth by smiling and talking to specific individuals. I would draw them in by directly asking people who are lingering around or looking at the booth to come try the product and see what it’s about, as well as ask questions to those who stop in the vicinity. In this way I would be building a rapport with customers through friendly conversation while still advertising the product.
