Authenticity means staying true to ones values, to the customer and to the idea itself. Staying with the starting goal of the company and keeping the true meaning throughout, even when you have the opportunity not too.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I would create FOMO by having limited time slots to purchase items and having campaigning events that promotes this idea aswell. I would create social proof by having real customer testimonies and reviews, showing the real time results and accomplishments of the product. This promotes trust within a product, the market and the consumer.
