Working in retail previously, something I did every day was encourage customers to try to products and items. I enjoy connecting with customers and finding ways our products align with their views!

How would you engage a hesitant customer to try a new product?
I think a great way to engage with a hesitant customer is to learn about their personal/daily life and relate the benefits of the product to how it would benefit them specifically. Also, being very knowledgeable about your own product is the best way to find key points to bring up to them that align with their views, wants, and needs.
