Tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite help plan and post consistently, while platform analytics guide what content resonates most. I also prioritize testing formats, captions, and posting times, engaging with followers directly, and repurposing top-performing content across platforms.

If something isn’t working properly (for example, Instagram posts aren’t sharing to Facebook), how would you approach diagnosing the issue?
If something isn’t working properly, I start by identifying the scope of the issue. For example, I’d check whether it’s happening for all posts or just specific ones, and whether it affects multiple accounts or just one. Next, I’d review account settings, ensuring Instagram and Facebook are properly linked, permissions are granted, and the correct pages are selected for sharing. I’d also check for platform updates or outages and consult help resources or official guides. If needed, I’d test with a small post or alternative method to isolate the problem. I’d finally document the steps I took and, if necessary, escalate to support with clear details.
