I use my multi-tasking skills every day. I mainly use these while at my job. I am a hostess so I have to be able to manage the floor of the restaurant while also making sure everyone is having a good experience.

Can you describe a time when you successfully upsold a product to a customer?
After describing them, I successfully upsold a product to a guest at my restaurant when I convinced a guest to order an appetizer. I try to give them an emotional connection, and that often leads to them being more excited to try it!
