Do you have experience creating "man on the street" or interview-style content? If you do, please share links to examples of your work. (Bonus if you do but not a requirement)

As as journalist, I have experience creating "man on the street". Most of the time I used to incorporate them in my news packages.

Below are some work I've previously done. I'm still working on my portfolio.

What techniques do you use to create engaging and visually appealing content from street interviews?

To create engaging and visually appealing content from street interviews I try to get the most powerful and important SOT from the interviews. Additionally, I try to get the most attractive and clean shoots (Broll), lighting, and great audio.

When it comes to editing styles, it'd depend on the interview type or content, which will help me decide or play with creative to incorporate, music, captions, motion, reactions, effects, sounds, music, animations, splits. Beyond, I always keep an eye on social media trends.

How do you ensure the interviews capture the genuine reactions of participants?

From my experience in journalism and conducting a range of interviews, to ensure the interviews capture the genuine reactions of participants I want to build that trust, if Im having a normal conversation. So, I kindly approach to them, make them feel comfortable, I try to resonate with them or their answers and make the conversation and them to flow. Furthermore, I ask open-ended questions and be an active listing for follow up questions. It is important to always keep in mind what we want from them and what the video is about, so we avoid "Yes" or "No" answers. Lastly but not least important, document and capture real moments, which helps with my journalist standards, ethics, and integrity.
