How do you approach making engaging UGC videos for product relaunches?

I approach UGC for product relaunches by leading with a strong hook, highlighting what’s new or improved, and showing the product in real use. I rely on trend-driven formats like GRWMs and close-up application shots, while keeping the content natural, fast-paced, and interactive so it feels authentic rather than promotional.

What experience do you have creating content for beauty or fragrance brands?

While I haven’t worked extensively with brands in a paid capacity yet, I have consistent experience creating beauty content independently and understanding what performs well on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. I treat my personal content as practice for brand work, focusing on clear messaging, visual appeal, and audience engagement.

what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?

A creative way I’d lead sampling efforts on and off campus is by turning them into experiences rather than simple handouts. On campus, I’d host pop-up “Get Ready With ColourPop” moments near high-traffic areas where students can test products, swatch shades, and take quick photos or videos for social media. I’d collaborate with student organizations, beauty-focused clubs, or sororities to create themed sampling events tied to trends like Y2K glam or soft glam.
