Well my first port of call would be talking to friends and family, especially those who have suffered with mental health issues about what sort of content they would have liked to see, that would have gotten them involved with these services. I would also ask them to vet the content to insure it did not upset or alienate anybody. Next, I would look at content on social media that discusses similar themes in order to better understand the landscape, understand what videos are likely to have wider reach and also think of ways of standing out.

My experience in mental health is largely through the people around me. My sister is currently suffering with depression and self harm issues, my girlfriend has anxiety, and has also dealt with depression and attempted suicide, I have other friends who have suffered with their mental health as a result of family trauma or other issues, and while I haven't directly experienced these issues they have become a huge part of my life. Being there for the people I care about most has given me a deep interest in mental health support, so that I can attempt to provide it for loved ones, but also an even deeper respect for the importance of accessible professional help. Which is why I would be super proud to support this brand as I understand through experience with others how valuable these services can be.

I do several sports currently, I play Badminton to a fairly high standard, I do white water kayaking and play kayak polo, and I'm currently training for a thousand mile cycling journey for charity (which obviously involves a lot of cycling)
